Reflection
What i learned from doing this project is people talk in many different ways. Sometimes based on where there from or who there around and sometimes they just talk standard english and nothing else. I learned different kinds of African-American slang like how some people don't use some of the slang words they used back then. I learned a lot of different kind of words. Like words used back in the day.

Summary of Primary Research
Most of the people speak African-American dialect because of the people there around and the environment. All because mostly everyone there around speak African-American dialect. So it has became an habitual to them. Others didn't speak it at all because they didn't know how to or wasn't use to it.
In conclusion to this question everyone said they thought it was slang; like what's up?Others said they didn't know what it meant.
A lot of the people were using the same slang words like What's up, Shawty, finna, gonna, naw, What it do, and brah.
When i asked this question most people said they spoke African-American dialect to friends, family, and people who spoke it.

Secondary Research summary
"Black English Vernacular" is known as the speech of most blacks in America. "Negro English" was very common in the 1970's because back in slavery days black people were illiterate and weren't taught how to speak well even though slavery was kind of over. So African-Americans lacked standard English . All because they were use to Ebonics. Which comes from the combination of ebony and phonics

My Research plan
I am going to read an article and summarize it.
Create a survey.
Pass them out to people who it has to deal with.
Collect data
My Research Questions
Why people sill use it and why they did back then?
Different people who use it and how they do?
Why people use it even though they know standard english?
How older and younger people use this?
My Research Goals
I want to know more about where this came from. How it is still used today in this world and how it was used back then. Why people think or should still used it even though they know standard english. The background of it because its very interesting because i even speak that way sometimes.
